Laing+Simmons launch Inspection Assist

Laing+Simmons has once again doubled down on its investment in centralised support services for its office network with the launch of Laing+Simmons Inspection Assist, a comprehensive outsourced inspection service tailored to the needs of its property managers.

Available to all offices and property managers in its growing network, the Inspection Assist service covers ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections, including commercial premises, supported by 360° virtual tours for added transparency, and a preventative maintenance checklist.

It is delivered by a dedicated team of trained, experienced property managers whose focus on efficiency, compliance and consistency frees up significant time for Laing+Simmons property managers to focus on client relationships while providing scalability without increasing internal overheads.

Inspections are guaranteed to be completed within strict timeframes and while keys are collected and returned directly to Laing+Simmons offices, no additional travel fees are incurred. Equally convenient, reports are entered by the inspection team directly into the office’s preferred inspection software.
