General Building Maintenance

Effective maintenance to ensure the efficient operation of buildings with special attention to general building maintenance, including:

  • Building and condition reports.
  • Management and rectification of building defects.
  • Planned Preventative Maintenance of fixed plant and equipment
  • Replacement and monitoring of lighting systems, including exit lighting and signage.
  • Completion of routine maintenance and minor repairs.
  • Hard waste removal and sorting, including removal of abandoned items.
  • Painting and plastering.
  • Repair and replacement of items such as locks, taps, door handles and related items.
