Hi, everyone. Leanne Pilkington with you for the Real Estate Wrap, week ending the 22nd of April.
This week, we had 613 properties go up for auction over the weekend, 73.8% preliminary clearance rate.
Last weekend, 821 properties with a 67.4% final clearance rate.
Obviously, we’re in school holidays, as we know.
And same weekend last year, 574 properties and a 65.1% clearance rate.
On the Central Coast,
we had 25 properties go up on the Central Coast for a preliminary clearance rate of 58.8%.
The Blue Mountains, 5 from 11 properties.
Newcastle and Illawarra, actually had the same clearance rate.
25 properties in Newcastle, 17 properties in Illawarra with both getting an 83.3% clearance rate.
So that’s pretty strong.
The strongest across Sydney was Ryde at 94.1%.
The lowest, was a tie at 66.7%, with the Hills, Hawkesbury, North Sydney, and Hornsby.
Hope you are having an awesome week and I’ll see you next week. Bye.
