TRANSCRIPT:

Hey everyone, Leanne Pilkington with you for the Real Estate Wrap, for the week commencing the 12th of February.

I am lucky enough to be up at Mooloolaba Beach for a long weekend with some girlfriends.

What a shame.. poor me, right? And yes, I got a bit too much sun today.

This weekend, 615 properties went up for sale at a preliminary clearance rate of — wait for it — 80.4%!

That is massive, right?

Last week, 583 properties with a final clearance rate of 70.6%

Same weekend last year, 601 properties with a clearance rate of 65.7%.

So numbers are relatively stable across last week and last year, but that clearance rate of 80.4% is massive.

Central Coast, 17 properties and of preliminary clearance rate of 66.7%.

The Blue Mountains, 4 sold from 6 (properties).

And in Newcastle, we had 40 properties out of 55.6% clearance rate.

Have a wonderful week and I’ll see you from…

I think I’m back in Sydney next Monday. Anyway, we’ll see.

See you then, bye!
