This week, 32 new and modified DAs throughout New South Wales. A little less than last week, but a greater emphasis on Sydney and Greater Sydney. So where regional centres have been strong with the amount of activity in the last couple of weeks, this week it’s Sydney’s turn.

And what a fantastic opportunity to get into the market. We can’t stress and have been pushing quite hard for the last month, month and a half. The rates at this level can’t last. It will a business-led recovery, and we are on our way. Buyer advocacy work is one of the hardest things because what we have to do is we’ve got to take your enquiry and then try and match it. But we’re very good at doing it. And we’re also very good at assisting groups of owners put sites together. We’re currently working with 12 owners and those 12 owners all have different motivations, slightly different land sizes, slightly different improvements on their properties. And finally this week, and I’ve been saying it for some time, congratulations on the construction building industry generally. They’ve struggled through and they’re made it through the other side. We expect that the amount of business activity, particularly for larger scale projects, will really ramp up now. And I know the government is looking to do that.
