Hornsby Steam Shuttles – 10:15am – 2:15pm
Join the NSW Rail Museum for a 45-minute steam train journey along Sydney’s North Shore line with recently restored 117-year-old steam locomotive 3265. The 32 class were designed by the NSW Railways and built in the UK. They were known for being one of the most versatile and reliable steam engines of their time. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to experience the sights and sounds of steam from Hornsby to Gordon and return.

Brass Bazaar – Hornsby Uniting Church – 2:30 – 4:30pm
Brass Bazaar is a small group of talented brass instrument players, all of whom perform with the Hornsby Concert Band. All play several instruments and the line-up of instruments on the stage is staggering. All types of music from classics to jazz.

Sydney Harmony and The Newfangled Four – ‘Totally Vocal’ – Hornsby RSL – 7:30 – 10:00pm
Since forming 20 years ago, Sydney Harmony has built a reputation as being one of Australia’s leading barbershop choruses. Joining Sydney Harmony as featured guests is one of the most entertaining vocal groups – The Newfangled Four. In their first ever Australian appearance, The Newfangled Four will showcase the original humour and vocal dexterity that has earned them a place as one of the best barbershop quartets in the world.

Berowra Woodchop Festival – Berowra Village Tavern – 10:00am – 5:00pm
The 25th annual Woodchop is an old style ‘fair’. There will be stalls, fun fair rides, a climbing wall, live entertainment, 9D cinema, food and the highlight; world-class competitive wood-chopping taking centre stage! All proceeds raised are returned to the community via Apex service programs including donations to many local charitable causes.

The Alan Clarkson Colour and Foam Run – Galston – 10:30am – 12:30pm
Enjoy a 3km walk or run with your family and friends for a fun filled day of colour where you will be sprayed with non-toxic coloured powder at each kilometre. Foam cannons will increase the fun and enjoyment of everyone taking part!
