The newly opened Doonside | Glendenning office will be led by Prerna Sharma and Ricky Sanan and will focus its efforts on the surrounding suburbs of Woodcroft and Bungarribee.<\/p>\n
Sharma, who moved from the Laing+Simmons Quaker\u2019s Hill office, said the new location would allow the network to provide an enhanced service to the full range of buyers in Sydney\u2019s west.<\/p>\n
She said the areas would cater to a full range of buyers, as they included all types of dwellings, including homes, apartments, townhouses, and granny flats.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s a diverse real estate market for a diverse local population,\u201d Sharma said.Sanan said the office would seek to leverage the Laing+Simmons brand and capitalise on its team\u2019s existing local connections.<\/p>\n
