Essential Service Failure

  • gas leak
  • dangerous electrical fault
  • failure or breakdown of gas, electricity or water supply
  • burst water service or serious leak
  • blocked or broken toilet

Serious Structural Damage

  • flooding or serious flood damage
  • serious storm damage
  • serious fire damage
  • serious roof damage or leak

Essential Appliance Failure

  • stove or oven
  • heater or air conditioner
  • failure or breakdown of hot water service
  • smoke alarms not working

Please note that any repairs not classified as emergencies or urgent repairs will be the responsibly of the organiser, and associated costs will be charged accordingly. Please refer to Section 19 of your Residential Tenancy Agreement, which details what qualifies as an urgent repair.
