Travis Wentriro

Network Growth Manager

Travis Wentriro welcomed several new offices to the Laing+Simmons family in 2018 on the back of a simple principle: the promise that they’ll be treated like family. Now, in a different market with new challenges, his view that “people and culture are the two most important factors in building an attraction business” has never been more true.

Supporting agents, helping them build a strong asset for themselves, their people and their families, and future-proofing their businesses, is what Travis and Laing+Simmons are about. As Head of Network Growth, Travis is focused on identifying and recruiting the next group of Laing+Simmons business owners, organically growing the network of offices throughout the Sydney metropolitan area and regional NSW.

The best agents still need the best support systems. It’s business as usual for Laing+Simmons to invest in new platforms, commit to innovate and aim to lead the industry when it comes to the adoption of new technology, data collection and management systems to give its people the edge. For Travis, this ‘be bold’ company-wide philosophy is unlike any other he’s encountered in the real estate industry.

And he’s been in the industry for a while. Travis has been at the forefront of real estate and recruitment since 2006, providing him a unique mix of skills and a great eye for talent to attract the best real estate operators. The difference at Laing+Simmons is that he’s got a genuine people-first culture to work with. It matters when – hand on heart – you can tell people that you’re committed to growing with them, investing in their success, supporting them along the way, with a fee structure that rewards their performance, and then celebrating their achievements.

In 2019, Travis is looking forward to welcoming more top operators to Laing+Simmons. Operators who want the best for themselves, their business and their people. Who want to be part of the family.

We’re proud of the Laing+Simmons point of difference. Talk to Travis today about how that point of difference can help you.
